How can geotargeting tools other than cell broadcast, such as location based services, geo-fencing and tower triangulation, be used in conjunction with current CMAS capabilities to support more specific geotargeting?

Should messages reference an alert’s geotargeted area?

Do message recipients need to know what areas are receiving an alert? For example, in a scenario where only a few city blocks have been targeted, is it important for recipients to know that they are being targeted that specifically? If so, how could this be done?
